This inaugral Aspen New Zealand Leadership Seminar is organised in collaboration with the Aspen Institute (US) and the moderator is the extremely experienced Managing Director of the programme, Todd Breyfogle.
“Leadership, Sustainability, and the Good Society” considers the overlapping and often conflicting values that undergird the tension between the preservation of nature and economic development.
For 70 years, the flagship Aspen Executive Leadership Seminar, has brought together established and emerging leaders to learn from each other and to explore the values, habits, and convictions that drive effective leadership for the benefit of society.
Over three days, a small group of outstanding participants are guided an expert moderator through a text-based exploration of personal and institutional values to establish their own framework for ethical leadership.
The seminar is a highly personalised and dynamic experience. It is not skills training, but intense, interactive dialogues which foster greater ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity, inspire and motivate others, and lead with trust and integrity. Plus, strengthen bonds of collaboration among teams, and innovative thinking about organisational and economic challenges.
Participants apply to attend and are selected to ensure a mix of professions, levels of leadership responsibility, diversity of geography and cultural background. For more details, please contact us below.
